Mark (far right) was lucky (and talented) enough to land a gig as one of the drummers who performed at the dramatic, opening ceremonies for the Philadelphia 76's games against the Milwaukee Bucks AND the Los Angeles Lakers! Not only was it the shortest and easiest gig in the world (39 seconds of drum rolls), not only did he get to see celebrities up close (one Sunday night it was Bill Clinton), but he had his own dressing room! (Come on, Mark, tell the truth. Didn't you miss changing in the men's room????). The best part, of course, was getting to see all the SIXERS' NBA Championship home games.
